We're currently seeking a Full-Time HR Assistant to join our dynamic administrative team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in human resources while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Position Overview :

The HR Assistant supports the HR Manager in the daily operations of the HR department. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, benefits coordination, and maintaining employee records, HRIS systems, and credentialing support.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic understanding of HR laws (COBRA, FLSA, ACA, FMLA, EEOC)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
