Maintenance Track

• Tackle troubleshooting and repairs with a balanced focus : mechanical (about 60%) and electrical (about 40%).
• Work with extrusion machines, conveyors, and automation systems. Expect hands-on tasks with pneumatics, bearings, and low-voltage sensors (typically 24V to 115V).
• Be part of installing and starting up new lines as the plant expands.
• Great fit for candidates with 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience or recent technical program graduates eager to launch their careers.
• Compensation : $28.87–$33.41 per hour plus a $2 / hour night shift differential.
