Operationally, the role involves overseeing daily activities to ensure efficiency and process consistency, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Vice President will also be tasked with team development, including mentoring senior leaders, and leading the recruitment and retention of top talent.

Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have significant executive leadership experience, with a strong background in operations, business strategy, and team management. The role requires a proven ability to lead in dynamic, high-growth environments and excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
