Accounts Payable Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries

Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately in NetSuite

Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience required

Hands-on experience with NetSuite required

Experience with international vendors and foreign currency payments preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
