We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to add to our high-energy legal team in order to serve clients facing stressful family matters primarily in the Parkersburg area.

However, this qualified applicant will likely represent clients in other areas, which include Jackson and Ritchie County, as well as the surrounding areas. In this position, you will be spending time in court, mediations, and helping clients through the most difficult times in their lives. This is an excellent opportunity to see the results of your hard work.

Experience is not necessary. All we require is compassion and a drive to succeed!

Compensation :

$80,000 - $115,000 yearly + benefits

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :

• Represent clients in family law hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders
• Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations
• Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines
• Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
• Occasional travel required across WV
