Job descriptionLead and work alongside a two-man crew installing all types of fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, pipe, etc.) Ensure jobs are installed correctly, efficiently, and professionally Load materials, manage the jobsite, and complete installs on schedule Communicate with the office as needed regarding job progress or issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite Minimum 3 years of fence installation experience Proven ability to lead a crew and get jobs done right Reliable, dependable, and shows up ready to work every day Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid drivers license Full-time, steady work with a growing company Competitive pay based on experience Benefits available Paid vacation time Consistent scheduling and long-term opportunity Company that values quality, reliability, and professionalism

This is a full-time employed position , not subcontract work.
