A Talent Development specialist develops, implements, and administers training programs that evaluate, measure, and improve team member performance. A Talent Development Specialist designs training strategies and processes that measure outcomes for new hires, identify areas for improvement, and align new hires to organizational goals. They also Identify the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve performance improvements. Lastly, a Talent Development Specialist encourages culture and foster our mission by implementing tools, training, and communication.
