Influential is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Campaign Management to lead day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. This role will manage the east coast campaign management team and work with Account Management and Creative teams to build relationships with the influencer community across social platforms.

On a typical day you will :

  • Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns
  • Build and execute creator strategies tailored to campaigns, refine existing success metrics, and introduce new metrics
  • Support training on planning, audience reporting, research tools, and development of writing / presentation skills
  • Coordinate with account management, research / analytics, and operations to meet client needs
  • Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across brand campaigns
  • Demonstrate knowledge of offline and online media spaces and the influencer marketing landscape
  • Understand online performance tracking and brand measurement tools
  • Maintain strong organizational skills, multitask, and manage schedules and records
  • Collaborate effectively, welcome feedback, and influence cross-functional teams

    • Being an Associate Director, Campaign Management requires :

  • 5–7 years in a digital, advertising, or influencer marketing environment (skincare space preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple 6–7 figure projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert negotiating skills and management of six-figure influencer campaign budgets
  • Established network of influencer managers / agents or influencer contacts
  • Direct experience with on-site influencer activations
  • Strong understanding of brand, media, and consumer relationships
  • Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools
  • Self-starter, collaborative, able to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with multiple projects and timelines
  • Comfortable in a startup environment, creating processes where none exist
  • Knowledge of major social platforms and current trends (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter / X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    • Bonus points if :

  • Experience at a marketing-tech or media startup
  • Passion for social media and / or influencer marketing

    • Salary Range : $110K–$125K
