Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychiatric care in inpatient and / or outpatient settings
- Manage medication and treatment for patients, including those with substance use disorders
- Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements : Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active or eligible Alabama medical license
- Interest or experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, including addiction treatment
- Strong leadership and teaching abilities
- Prior experience supervising mid-level providers is preferred
