Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in the Bayhead, New Jersey area. Responsibilities :

• Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Conduct engaging and precise cold calls to introduce products and uncover client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively follow up to close sales opportunities.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales targets.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals to drive overall business success.
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and provide valuable feedback on market trends.
• Educate clients on product benefits and assist them in selecting the most suitable solutions.
• Actively contribute to a consultative and relationship-based sales approach to foster long-term client satisfaction.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales-focused role, demonstrating proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to perform cold calling with confidence and professionalism.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software for managing client accounts and records.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
• Previous experience providing administrative support in a sales environment is a plus.
