Strategic Security Specialist III
The Strategic Security Specialist III under the direction of the Division Lead and the Chief of Intelligence will assist the Strategic Security Services Team maintaining and managing the overall security posture of the greater enterprise and its varied and associated global operations.
Responsibilities and tasks include :
- Assisting the Division Lead & Chief of Intelligence in all areas as needed
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining historical documents of security related activities and intelligence products
- Directing and managing the identification system for all employees, service and technical representatives, contractors, and visitors to the company
- Providing and managing the guard services at the company, assuring that the facilities are protected and controlled
- Providing written and oral communication to all site staff relative to security requirements
- Participating in investigations involving fraud, theft, sabotage, espionage, subversive activities, or employee misconduct
- Ensuring that standard practices are designed, established, and used for all security functions within the greater enterprise
- Helping provide interpretation of the standard practices as they relate to strategic security and intelligence
- Providing information for the quarterly report to the Government Security Committee
- Coordinating and orchestrating special projects
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Associate's degree is preferredHigh School diploma or GED is requiredSpecific degree field required : Industrial SecurityTraining pre-requisites (within one year of taking position) : ESD, Safety Training as dictated by Safety DepartmentUnderstanding of the intelligence cycle preferred but not requiredMust be able to obtain and maintain a US DOD security clearanceMilitary, Law Enforcement, or Security experience preferred but not requiredSkills and abilities include :
Effectively communicate with site staff and managersInitiate and follow through to completion special projectsAbility to implement written company-wide security policies and proceduresCreate and conduct comprehensive security auditsAssist in the implementation of corrective actionsTravel / Physical requirements include :
