Inventory Manager
📍 Blue Ash, OH | Full-Time | On-site
Frankly Fulfillment is growing fast — and we’re looking for an Inventory Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, own our inventory processes, and help build the system as we scale.
This role starts hands-on : you’ll be receiving shipments, running counts, and keeping things perfectly organized. But as you get comfortable, you’ll take on the challenge of creating structure, writing SOPs, and eventually building and leading your own team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of all inventory functions : receiving, putaway, replenishment, returns, and cycle counts
- Personally handle receiving and returns during the initial phase of the role
- Ensure all items are accurately checked into our WMS and stored correctly
- Maintain bin organization and inventory accuracy across all zones
- Lead regular cycle counts and reconciliation of any discrepancies
- Create and document SOPs for all inventory-related processes
- Work closely with warehouse operations and client success teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth flow
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- As the business grows, hire, train, and lead a small inventory control team
Who You Are
3–5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or 3PL inventory managementStrong understanding of inventory control principles, receiving workflows, and WMS systems (ShipHero experience a plus)You’re detail-obsessed — you notice when one label is off and can’t rest until it’s fixedYou’re equally comfortable scanning boxes and building systemsYou communicate clearly, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou enjoy improving processes and finding smarter ways to get things doneProficient in Excel / Google Sheets and data reportingWhy You’ll Love It Here
