• 10 - 15+ shifts per month across two locations 12-hour shifts
• FSED : 15 patients per shift main ED : 28 - 30 patients with APP support
• Freestanding ED and hospital-based ED facilities
• 12 hours of APP support daily at main campus
• Single physician coverage at both sites
• New freestanding ED opened last year
• Annual volume : 22,000 at main campus, 12,000 at freestanding ED
• No rounding required
