Key Responsibilities

Receive in-depth training and be assigned to a team calling on behalf of various clients

Make outbound calls to donors and prospective donors using predictive dialing equipment

Secure financial gifts while maintaining minimum fundraising and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications

1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record

Dedicated wired internet connection

A quiet workspace free from household interruptions

Basic computer skills
