1 - First Shift

Are you passionate about the health and safety of others? Do you enjoy tackling unique problems daily? In this role, you will actively contribute to the health and safety of our team members by investigating incidents and injuries, performing audits, and proactively identifying and implementing solutions. We seek someone who can work independently, demonstrates a risk-based approach, prioritizes tasks, and positively influences others.

What You'll Do

• Investigate moderately complex incidents to identify root causes and create appropriate countermeasures.
• Conduct EHS audits to monitor compliance and assist operational team members in developing and implementing action plans.
• Educate team members in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with key stakeholders to create and implement process improvements and enhance standard work practices.

Onsite at a Vermeer campus. Some work may occasionally be completed offsite with manager approval.
