Machine Operator

Machine Operators needed ASAP!!!

Requirements :

Setting up, operating, and tending to various woodworking machines, including CNC equipment, to produce wood pellets.

Ensuring products meet established quality standards and making necessary adjustments to maintain those standards.

Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions or performance issues to minimize downtime.

Performing routine maintenance tasks on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

Adhering to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Recording operational data and documenting any issues or malfunctions.

Loading materials onto machinery and ensuring the availability of materials for production

Production lines are fully automated so operators will be expected to monitor the machine and intervene if issues arise.

Pay rate = $18 / hr

Shift = 6pm-6am

Located in Reform, AL

Employees will train on days before transitioning to standard shift.

While the shift hours will not rotate, off days will.
