Position Summary

This position is responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of all areas within Citizens Bank Park pre and post event, as well as maintaining standards during events.

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.

EVERGREEN ROLE : Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

About the Venue

Citizens Bank Park is a professional baseball stadium located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the city's South Philadelphia Sports Complex. It is the ballpark of Major League Baseball's Philadelphia Phillies. Each year we have the pleasure of hosting multiple non baseball events each year, including concerts, trade shows, corporate events, charity walks, etc.

Responsibilities

• Removal of refuse, cleaning of floors & equipment, etc. to provide a clean event space before, during, and after an event.
• Breakdown refuse and debris into proper trash, recycling and compost units.
• Maintain department equipment as necessary, both operationally and in an orderly manner for the off season.
• Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal staff and guests to the venue.
• Perform customary Housekeeping / Janitorial duties : Clean floors (both hard floors & carpeted), restrooms, furniture & equipment, walls, windows, fixtures, doors, and other areas and items throughout the facility.
• Operate an assortment of equipment including buffer / burnisher, rider sweeper / scrubber, walk behind scrubber, blower, vacuum, pressure washer and others as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
