Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented employee to assist a large financial institution on a long-term project. The position will be responsible for the imaging and indexing of paper document files. Following a strict process, staff will catalog documents, scan, review digital images and re-assemble files to the original order.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Ability to take instruction and follow strict procedure
• Ability to learn and identify variety of forms and processes
• Ability to operate PCs and related office equipment, including not limited to scanner or copier
• Sedentary work environment may include extensive sitting and viewing of computer monitor for extended periods
