• M-F schedule with flexibility to work S-Th or T-Su
• SNF and home health split approximately 80 / 20
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Productivity targets : 80% SNF and 95% home health
• No on-call requirements
• 13-week assignment duration
• New graduate therapists welcome
• BLS certification required
