Job Responsibilities : Oversee Employee Training, Shipping / Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Service, HR / Safety, Office Administration, Inventory, Workorders / Tasks, New Hires, Employee Time Keeping Qualifications : Nursery / Horticulture Experience Preferred, Minimum 3 Years Office Management Experience, Detailed Oriented, Must be Organized and Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, Strong Computer Skills Are A Must, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written, Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Etc.), Ability to Manage Time and People, Multitasker A Plus / Skills : Spanish / English, Minimum experience 3 years or 4-year college degree or comparable work experience.
