• Required Certifications : Mandatory : AHA BLS, Advanced NRP, WI RN license
• RADIUS RULE : TRAVLER MUST BE OUTSIDE 50 MILES FROM FACILITY expires on 10 / 24
• Weekend / Holiday : every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation
• Float Requirements : None
• On Call / Call Back Requirements : N / A
• Required Skillset : Labor and Delivery competent
• REQUIRED EDUCATION : Associate Degree or Certificate
• HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS : EVERY OTHER
• Shift Requirements : 12 hour shifts Day / Night variables
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36 hours
• Primary EMR is EPIC. Experience preferred
