Job description

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager (Transportation) to manage and expand relationships with national customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow accounts with annual net revenue greater than $500K

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customer contacts to ensure high levels of service

Coordinate with internal teams to set up new accounts and maintain profitability by expanding services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Five (5) years of experience in international freight forwarding operations and / or sales services

Familiarity with ocean, air, warehouse, and surface transportation procedures

Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management

Demonstrated project or account management skills
