Annashae is looking for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care in a mental health facility in Carbondale, IL. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, prescribing medications, conducting physical exams, and developing treatment plans. Annashae is seeking Primary Care provider for a mental health facility near Carbondale, IL. This is a full-time position & hours are Monday-Friday 630a-3p (with flexibility), no weekends, no call & no Holidays. We provide malpractice insurance & can credential quickly.

Additional Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Provide treatment to a caseload of patients on the pavilion
• Evaluate assigned cases at intake
• Sign certificate of admission and testify in court
• Order and interpret lab tests
• Conduct initial physical exams(H&P) and makes diagnoses of patients
• Develop and implements treat plan
• Follow up exams and documents changes in progress notes
• Prescribe and direct administration of medicines
• Monitor effectiveness of medication
