$1,000 to $1,120 per week
About The Position
Key Responsibilities :
Assist Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to help patients develop, recover, and improve skills needed for daily living.
Monitor and document patients’ progress, reporting changes to the supervising OT.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and techniques to continue at home.
Ensure safe use of adaptive equipment and devices.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Support a positive, safe, and engaging therapy environment.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (OTs, PTs, nurses, physicians) to provide coordinated care.

Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Current state license / certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Previous experience in a rehabilitation, hospital, outpatient, or long-term care setting (preferred, but new grads are welcome).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
