Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to grow new business across Home Care Line of business.
  • Lead sales strategy discussions with the leadership team with fully developed and polished communication and writing skills.
  • Aligns with Operations leadership team to ensure accountability for market growth expectations down to the branch level.
  • Conduct sales training philosophy sessions either in person or through video conferencing to improve and development the skill set of our managers.
  • Manage operational growth, nationally, demonstrating a focus on follow-up and accountability for all levels. Open new referral channels through consistently supporting our branch level managers on approaching ALF, ILF facilities positioning us to be a provider of choice.
  • Conduct Branch manager, State Director, and ED Level focus calls to ensure a goal directed plan is in place and executed.
  • Supports national organic growth, both in revenue, persons served, and hours served.
  • Drive identified sales strategies across the organization to further support growth goals. .
  • Manage and understand metrics daily, understanding where adjustments need to be made to accomplish goals.
  • Communicate and motivate teams to drive success.
  • Maintains current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies.
  • Participates in community and organizational programs to promote professional growth and understanding of operations.
  • Participates in the quality and performance improvement process of all programs.
  • Completes requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, uniform and dress codes including personal hygiene, and other work duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Certification

  • Experience in building new and existing business using consultative skills and value proposition methodology.
  • A deep and broad professional network that aligns to our target client base preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in building new book of business, client relationship management, and evidence of closing and growing accounts preferred.
  • Proven sales performance with a record of achievement and exceeding growth expectations preferred.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
  • Established performer with I / DD experience encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • An expert in planning, risk management and change management
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence professionals of senior management level.
  • Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to design and apply change management and organizational development strategies and influences and assists organizational change initiatives in support of business strategies.
  • Ability to work with remote teams with units in multiple locations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Substantial business acumen in fast moving environment.
  • Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy.
  • Working Conditions

  • 80% Travel Required
