Compensation :

$50,000 - $75,000 base salary plus commission

Responsibilities :

• Fuel Our Pipeline : Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to set appointments for our dynamic team of agents.
• Master the Follow-Up Game : Consistently engage with leads to ensure they are heard, cared for, and ready to take the next step.
• Own the Process : Keep our CRM organized and up-to-date to track every win and keep our team in sync.
