We are hiring a Business Function Analyst - Materials Management who will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic transformation within our materials management team. What You Will Be Doing :

• Analyze and optimize materials management processes, including procurement , inventory control, warehouse operations, material planning (purchase planners) and plant (production) planning.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S / 4HANA Materials Management (MM) modules and related tools (BT Project).
• Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover, material availability, and procurement cycle times to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption, process standardization, and change management initiatives.

The annual base salary range for this position is $71,000 - $110900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
