We're looking for a digitally-savvy Social Media Coordinator to own and grow Kelly Wearstler's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Substack (WEARSTLERWORLD). This role is ideal for someone who combines visual storytelling with sharp analytical skillsand who is excited to explore and integrate AI tools to elevate and accelerate our digital strategy. You will manage both @kellywearstler and @shopkwearstler Instagram accounts, lead performance reporting across all platforms, and help create thoughtful, scroll-stopping content that reflects our elevated design DNA and cultural relevance.

Duties

Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social channels.

Support daily management of @kellywearstler and @shopkwearstler Instagram accounts, including scheduling, community engagement, and content calendar updates.

Track platform metrics and prepare weekly / monthly performance reports.

Support newsletter content planning and production for WEARSTLERWORLD.

Research trends and propose creative ideas, including exploring AI tools for inspiration and workflow support.

Capture on-set content during photoshoots and campaign activations.

Collaborate with PR, e-comm, and product teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Stay up to date on social trends, tools, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Desired Skills & Experience

12 years experience in social media, digital marketing, or content production (internships included).

Strong content creation skills (visual layout, copywriting, short-form video editing).

Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar.

Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Later, Sprout, or platform-native insights).

Enthusiastic about social trends, design, and experimenting with new creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway).

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.

What You Bring
