As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Sterling, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play an important role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting the secure environment of a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, remain highly visible to promote a sense of security, and provide exceptional customer service to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the facility's operations.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Communicate regularly with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related concerns or incidents.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as assigned.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports regarding daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Minimum Requirements :

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
