Job Description - Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the construction site.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders and management.
- Inspect work to ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project records.

The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have:
- Strong experience in construction project management within the Property industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
