Job description
A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Representative - Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
Determine compensability and coverage issues for loss time workers' compensation claims
Effectively manage a caseload of loss time claims from multiple jurisdictions
Negotiate and direct settlements under management's review
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience required
Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions, including GA, NC, SC, FL, AL, TN, LA
Bachelor's degree required
Carrier experience preferred
Experience in handling lost time or litigated claims
