Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and advocacy
Provide GRC subject-matter expertise and technical advice to customers
Manage implementation projects and conduct ongoing account management activities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
Expertise in cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001
Strong understanding of SaaS applications and their value
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Desire to learn and understand customer problems to provide solutions
