What Youll Do

• Lead the launch and ongoing operations of Evergreen Ambulance Service.
• Design and implement strategies for growth quality and financial sustainability.
• Partner with Ride Connection leadership and the Medical Director to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgets contracts and performance targets while identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.
• Recruit mentor and support staff through training coaching and workforce development.
• Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to expand impact and establish Evergreen as a trusted service provider.
