Director of Provider Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Provider Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the healthcare benefits analytics platform

Manage data ingestion, validation, and normalization processes, ensuring timely data refreshes for stakeholders

Lead client implementations and maintain operational stability through collaboration with IT and other departments

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in SaaS platform operations, site-reliability engineering, or technical program management

Expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)

Proven track record in setting / achieving SLO / SLAs and incident management

Capacity planning and performance engineering skills for forecasting infrastructure needs

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
