- High-Acuity Setting : Work in a Level IV NICU with 72 beds (ADC of 60), where you will manage the most complex neonatal cases.
- Advanced Capabilities : The unit utilizes Neonatal ECMO, iNO, Frequent Ventilation (Jet and Oscillator), and Therapeutic Hypothermia.
- Full-Time In-House Shifts : Enjoy 24-hour in-house shifts with no call requirements, though the schedule involves a mix of day, night, and weekend coverage.
- Collaborative Team : You will work alongside Neonatologists and support staff. No ECMO experience is required as you will never be solo on shift.
- EMR System : The EMR system will be confirmed during the application process.
- Permanent Placement Potential : This role includes a conversion fee structure, indicating a potential path to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 24-hour in-house coverage for the Level IV NICU.Manage critically ill neonates requiring advanced respiratory support, including jet / oscillator ventilation and iNO.Participate in Delivery Room attendance, admissions, and the management of Level III type intubated patients.Collaborate with the team to provide the highest level of personalized, expert medical care.Provider Requirements ALL items below MUST be provided / notated at the time of name clearance to avoid being redirected :
