Product Manager, Process Manufacturing

A company is looking for a Product Manager for Decision365 & Process Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and user experience for Decision365, aligning with customer needs and company strategy

Act as Product Owner for the development team, managing the backlog, sprint planning, and release delivery

Continuously analyze product performance and customer feedback to guide iteration and drive measurable improvement

Qualifications

3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a vertical SaaS environment

Experience or strong familiarity with Food & Beverage and other process manufacturing industries

Proven ability to manage both strategic and tactical product responsibilities

Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including backlog management and user story creation

Hands-on approach and comfort performing QA / UAT to validate quality and user experience
