HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Ensure Light Truck (LT) 4x4 product designs are fully considering consumer expectations regulatory requirements and manufacturing needs (e.g. processing / manufacturability). Global expert on product design and manufacturability for LT4x4 products.

• Overall global expert on product design and manufacturability for LT4x4 products
• Initiate and lead projects to create or update processes & tools (including virtual development) to ensure manufacturability of product designs including Design For Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines
• Core member of LT Competence Center
• Collect segment requirements globally (long term requirements and trends for competitive performance)
• Initiates benchmarking of relevant competitors in alignment with key stakeholders
• Analysis of competitor solutions for performance and producibility
• Collects feedback from platform technology and compound owners and derive segment gaps
• Review team member in LT4x4 development projects globally
• Leads / coordinates activities to develop and validate concepts
• Initiates technology projects to ensure market competitiveness in performance & manufacturability
