Profit Sharing : All Nucor teammates are eligible for profit sharing. Annual Profit Sharing Bonus : Over the past five years, the average has been 20% of eligible earnings. Hourly Compensation : The base pay for this position is $15.01 per hour, with an additional production bonus paid weekly.
