HR Specialist

A company is looking for an HR Specialist / Operations II.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide consistent and reliable support to employees for all HR-related inquiries

Triage and manage the AskPPL case queue using the Wolken case management tool

Maintain an understanding of global and regional HR policies and processes to assist effectively

Required Qualifications :

General HR experience or HR shared services experience

Extensive experience with US benefits inquiries, including open enrollment and leaves of absence

Proficiency in working in a high-volume environment

Ability to adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs)

Intermediate knowledge of case management tools
