Job Description
As the Regional Manager, Retail Sales, you will lead revenue growth through our retail partners across the Western United States, representing some of the most trusted brands in the industryTherma-Tru, Larson, and Fiberon. As a key member of the retail sales leadership team, you'll shape the strategic direction of the channel while driving execution in the field. You'll manage a team of retail sales representatives, develop impactful marketing plans, and ensure maximum performance across all product lines.
You will Think Fast by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing retail strategies. You will Work It Together by collaborating with cross-functional teams and retail partners to deliver exceptional results. And you will Make the Hard Call by balancing priorities, budgets, and resources to achieve ambitious goals.
Position location : Must reside within the Western U.S. region. This role requires 50% travel to retail locations, customer events, and trade shows.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range : $90,000 USD - $143,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
