Job Requirements

Active RN License (verified within 30 days)

BLS (AHA in-person)

1+ year acute care (Med / Surg or ICU)

Health & Compliance Requirements

Physical exam clearance

COVID-19 vaccine card

MMR and Varicella immunity

Tdap vaccine

Tuberculosis test
