Public Relations and Community Relations Coordinator

Lollipop Dental Pediatric Dentistry is a pediatric dental practice serving families across Orange County for nearly 12 years with seven locations. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Public Community Relations Marketing Coordinator to join our Lollipop Dental & Sweet Smiles team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement community-focused marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and foster positive relationships within the community. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive community relations marketing plans to promote our brand and services within the local community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and collaborative initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and outreach programs to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling content for social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials to communicate our involvement in the community.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of community relations initiatives, track metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the organization at community events, meetings, and public forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams, scheduling coordinators, dental staff, patients, and parents to provide support and quality service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, community issues, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices for community engagement.
• Supervise and advise in the implementation of graphic design, photography / videography, social media, and promotional materials.
• Under the direction of the Regional Manager, develop and implement internal and external campaigns.
