Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing software development projects (web / mobile / custom platforms)

Experience working with distributed teams and US-based clients

Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans

Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks and servant leadership

Technical aptitude and comfort working with developers and testers
