Dental Hygienist

We’re hiring a dental hygienist who can help us provide incredible dental care to each of our patients! You’ll conduct preliminary dental exams, help dentists with examinations and procedures, and perform thorough dental cleanings so patients walk out with a smile. $60 - $75 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Prevent tooth decay by providing a thorough dental cleaning and applying protective sealants, such as fluoride
• Perform preliminary dental examinations to get an overview of the patient’s oral health history for the dentist
• Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history
• Look for signs of gum disease, infections, or cavities to ensure issues are caught early and can be treated
• Inform patients of all ages about how to care for their teeth by brushing and flossing on a regular basis

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations
• Must have at least an associate’s degree in dental hygiene; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Superb customer service and communication skills
• 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist
• Valid CPR certification
