What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee and manage the scheduling for construction projects ranging from $10M to +$100M
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors on project timeline & schedule
  • Monitor project progress, update schedules regularly, and generate reports
  • Coordinate with material and equipment procurement planning to ensure timely material deliveries
  • Lead schedule review meetings
  • Train and mentor project teams on scheduling best practices

What You Need for this Position

  • 3+ years of Construction Experience as a Scheduler
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, and critical path method
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related experience
