Responsibilities Include : )

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare providers
• Serving as a resource for patients and families, addressing their concerns and providing education on health-related topics
