As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a bustling retail environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Job Schedule : Day Time

Fri 08 : 00 PM - 04 : 30 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and / or employees at the retail location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism while addressing any issues that arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Support loss prevention initiatives by maintaining a presence in high-traffic and / or sensitive areas, collaborating with store management as needed.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, and verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Provide assistance to visitors and employees with directions or information, while remaining attentive to any potential security-related concerns.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and / or observations as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
