Work hours : Full-time, 36 hours weekly, 3-12 hours shifts, 7 : 00 pm – 7 : 00 am, every other weekend and rotating holidays

- Our Unit provides intermediate / telemetry level of care for CABG, MVR, TAVR, heart-failure, post-operative interventional cardiac care (Stents, Angioplasty, Cardiac Catheter) patients.
- 815-bed MAGNET facility
- Level I Trauma Center
- Primary Heart Attack Center PHAC

Here’s What You Need
Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferredCLIAFE - must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency requiredCurrent RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hireBCLS – prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly requiredACLS – within 90 days of hire required – expiration date greater than 3 months preferredCPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training – within 90 days of hire1-year experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required1-year Tele experience preferred - will consider Med / Surg experienceIn addition to the required qualifications, a successful RN will
demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude toward patientspossess a strong work ethic and always display a high level of professionalismhave basic computer skills using medical management application systemsWhat You Will Do
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
