STAFFING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

Suncoast Behavioral Health Center opened its doors in 2014 and provides the highest quality of behavioral healthcare for patients in a safe, secure and nurturing environment. Suncoast Behavioral Health Center offers a unique treatment programs across inpatient and residential programs for children and adolescents.

In a highly specialized field of psychiatry, our goal is to promote cognitive, social, physical and emotional development to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to help our patients succeed.

The Hospital is looking for a Staffing Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling for the nursing department which includes Nursing Supervisors, Registered Nurses, Shift Supervisors, Lead Mental Health Technicians and Mental Health Technicians. In addition to all scheduling requirements, the Staffing Coordinator will also track attendance, PTO, overtime and missed punches. Must be able to organize and maintain records and logs related to work schedules. The Staffing Coordinator must have good communication skills and be able to interact with members of all hospital departments. Perform administrative duties to support the Director of Residential Services and Director of Nursing .
