Job descriptionFinancial Assistance Obtaining Required Insurance Licenses Flexible Scheduling : Work hours that suit your lifestyle Ownership Opportunities : Opportunities to move up in your role and own your own agency! Veteran / Military Bonus Available to new agency owners : Receive up to a $3,600 bonus with applicable military service. Offer a range of insurance products, including home, auto, business, life insurance, and more! Identify prospects' needs and create tailored insurance solutions Maintain a database of current and potential customers Participate in a culture of healthy competition and team support Create a brand for your agency and actively market yourself Educate your clients on available products Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus but not required Successful Completion of a background check Entrepreneurial mindset Proven leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive and professional demeanor Willingness to obtain required Insurance Licenses (financial assistance provided). Must be available to work Monday-Friday
